For the past 22 years, Len has been in the insurance industry and in 2001 set up LBM Consulting as a local insurance and financial brokerage.Len has been recognized by the chamber and by the insurance industry through various awards. He is also actively involved in his community through his support of various organizations such as St. Clair Child & Youth, Sarnia/Lambton Community Living and was a past Executive of the Bluewater Health Foundation.  Len lives in Sarnia with his wife Brandie and their young son, Brody.

 


 

Dan Lebelle

Dan joined LBM in the fall of 2015, bringing with him over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry and his expertise in the area of Retirement Income Planning. With advanced knowledge in taxation, wealth management and retirement income strategies, Dan has the skills, knowledge and expertise required to effectively and efficiently address the needs of the wealth management market. As well, Dan has a specially designed process for clients who are 5 years away from retirement, or currently in retirement, where he is able to help them plan for a successful and sustainable retirement.

Dan was born and raised in Sarnia in a Francophone family and lives here with his two young daughers, Emma and Addison.

Dave joined our organization in the fall of 2013 after 43 years as president of David Ewald Life Insurance Agency Limited, based out of Chatham Ontario. Prior to joining the insurance industry, Dave had taught high school for 9 years after obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree.

Dave is a specialist in both Group Employee Benefits, Life Insurance and Living Benefits.

He currently lives in Chatham with his wife, Judy.

Jesse joined the LBM Consulting team in early 2011 after working for over 10 years with the Federal Government. He has a wealth of experience, coupled with his formal training in Accounting, Finance and Human Resources. Jesse's role is focusing on day-to-day operations of our organization with an emphasis on organization effectiveness and financial management, as well as long term planning and development.

He has been raised in Sarnia-Lambton and lives here with his wife, Nancy.

Client Care Specialist (Corporate Accounts)

Melissa joined LBM Consulting in 2015 after working for almost 6 years as a customer service representative at a major local real estate brokerage.

Prior to that, Melissa spent 5 years working at an insurance brokerage in her home town of Sault Ste. Marie, providing back office support to her advisor teams and assisting clients in their bilingual community.

Melissa lives in Sarnia with her husband Dan, and daughter, Triniti.

Barb joined LBM in 2006 and diligently looks after the needs of our individual clients.  Prior to joining LBM, Barb honed her customer service skills while working with a major Canadian bank for over 28 years.

In her role at LBM Consulting, Barb works with individual clients by providing assistance as it relates to their insurance policies.

Barb has been a resident of Sarnia Lambton for a number of years and lives here with her husband Larry.

Annette joined LBM in 2015, bringing with her over 13 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to that, she worked in the hospitatlity industry where she truly learned the effectiveness of excellent customer service.

At LBM, Annette provides administrative assistance for all financial services, helping the advisors ensure our clients achieve their investing and retirement goals.

Annette lifes in Sarnia-Lambton with her husband Tyler and young daughter Ava.

 


 

Brandie MacLachlan

Administrative Assistant

Brandie joined our organization in 2006 and provides ongoing administrative support for the office. She has been cross-trained on a administrative duties in order to assist in making the office run efficiently.

Brandie lives in Sarnia-Lambton with her husband and young son.
